Warm greetings to all our Safari Friends around the world.
Winter has set in here in Namibia and the bushveld is crisp, quiet, and filled with challenge. Whether you’re planning your next hunt or just following along with our updates — welcome and thank you for being part of our journey.

Field Update: Cold Weather, Big Adventures
The past few weeks have kept us on our toes. A challenging cheetah hunt put our tracking skills to the test. With so much grass growth this year, it’s nearly impossible to see spoor or follow movement. Add bitterly cold weather, and it becomes the kind of hunt that demands every ounce of focus — and grit.
We’ve had the pleasure of hosting hunters from Croatia and Germany, and it’s always an honour to share the beauty of the Namibian bushveld with people from around the globe. One of our proudest moments? A 12-year-old hunter who took her first-ever springbok with absolute professionalism — a moment her family (and we!) will never forget.

A Namibian Winter
This time of year brings crystal-clear skies, frosty early mornings, and golden grasslands that shimmer in the low winter sun. It’s the season where silence stretches across the bushveld — and every sound becomes a clue. The cold may bite, but the rewards are deep, raw, and unforgettable.
Smile of the Week 😄
Our smile this week comes from one of our youngest hunters, proudly posing with her springbok. Confidence, calm, and pure courage. A memory to last a lifetime.
Hunting Tip of the Week 🦌
“Track with patience, not pressure.”
In thick grass and cold conditions, don’t chase the trail. Take your time, read the bush, and let the movement come to you.
Until next time — keep your powder dry and your spirit wild.
Warm regards,
Hendrik and Trudi
